Are my files uploaded?
Yes. OCR runs on our server using Tesseract, without sending your document to an AI provider. Temporary files are deleted after processing. It uses your daily server-tool allowance, with no AI credits.
Is the recognized text always correct?
Accuracy depends on scan quality. Check names and numbers. Pages with existing selectable text are skipped, including pages that also contain scanned images.
