Which PDF/A version is created?

PDF/A-2b (ISO 19005-2, basic conformance), the version most portals accept.

Is the result always valid PDF/A?

Most documents convert cleanly. Unusual content such as transparency groups or broken fonts can need checking with a validator such as veraPDF.

Is my file kept?

No. The PDF is converted on our server and deleted after processing. It uses your daily server-tool allowance.
